Factorial is a shorthand way to write out a specific kind of multiplication. The symbol for factorial is an exclamation point (!).
Example: 4!
Factorial means that we should start with the number in front of the exclamation point and multiply it by every number less than that number (down to 1)
Example: 4! = 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 24
10! = 10 x 9 x 8 x 7 x 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 3,628,800
